Service plan terms and conditions

  • Smart 3 and Premium 5 service plans are valid for the number of services and duration specified at the time of purchase (18 months/30,000km or 30 months/50,000km), whichever occurs first.
  • Vehicle type is confirmed at purchase and cannot be changed once the plan is activated.
  • Each service covers only the inclusions listed: engine oil and filter change, fluid top ups, safety inspection, battery test, and tyre pressure check.
  • The following are not included and will be charged separately: spark plugs, air filter, cabin filter, brake replacement, transmission service, coolant flush, fuel filters, timing belts and other log book items.
  • Any additional repairs or parts outside the plan require customer approval prior to commencement and will incur extra charges.
  • Bonus benefits are included as advertised and are subject to availability.
  • Plans are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and unused services hold no cash value upon expiry.
  • Promotional pricing is limited time only. Previous prices are for reference only.
  • Services must be carried out at an authorised EZ Prestige or Cars4Us service centre.
  • The provider reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
